Feeling Of Sack Of Liquid On The Area Of Hard Impact On The Forearm, Pain On Touching. How Can I Cure This?

Hi...I was hit with a softball on my forearm ...it hurt like heck when it happened 5 days ago...I could feel a small sack of liquid where I was hit but no bruising until day 5. The sack of liquid feels as though it is decreasing in size but the point of impact still hurts to the touch...anything I can do to help this injury heal quicker?

Start range of motion and strengthening exercises as soon as your pain allows. Take regular anti-inflammatory medication. Don't return to strenuous activity until you symptoms improve.
