Fell On Metal Bar, Hit Back, Got Lumps Across Spine, Swelling, Pain. Should I Be Concerned?
Fell on a metal bar with alot of momentum which hit the middle if my back. I thought I was going to be paralyzed after it happened but was able to walk away with hardly any swelling or pain the following day. Is that bad? Now I m seeing 3 lumps across my spine where I landed and dips in between each lump.

Hi, It seems that you have you have injured your back. Try taking some analgesic with muscle relaxent. Local application of analgesic ointment( diclofenac) with hot fomentation might help.If after taking above measures pain persists , then kindly get a X Ray of spine .Hope it helps
