Fell On Right Knee, Leg Twisted Inward Causing Spiral Effect. Possible Tibia Closed Fracture ?

Last Friday I was dancing and fell on my right knee, and my leg twisted inward causing a spiral affect. I have a possible Tibia closed fracture, and I'm wearing a brace that supplies 30 degree angle for me. Today I noticed that my leg seems a little bowed, and I have a big bump on my shin bone. What do you think it might be, on Monday I for an MRI.. they are thinking I might have torn some ligaments

Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

First you need X-ray of shin bone in AP and Lateral view.It will exclude bony fracture and also cause of bump in shin bone can be sorted out.
But you have history of spiral twist,so chances of soft tissue injury in knee joint is more.
Soft tissue injury can be diagnosed by MRI knee joint. It can diagnose ACL and PCL injury,Meniscus tear etc.
Treatment depends accordingly.
Get well soon.

Take Care
