Fertyl And Evion Prescribed For Irregular Periods. What Is The Drug Action?

Hello doctor,
Im married since one and half year.im having irregular period.my doctor asked me to take scan and the report is ovaries uterus are normal.no PCOD found.i wont had child.is i took any test for becoming my periods normal?my doctor advised me T.fertyl,Evion,Folygel.tell me the effects of these tab and im in corrcet treatment?

fertyl tab is used to stimulate ovaries so they are to be taken from D2/3 of the cycle for 5 days - when someone is on this medication they need regular monitoring (serial USS to note follicular development as there is chance of ovarian hyperstimulation)
Fertly may not regularise periods though.
Evion is vit E - unsure why this was prescribed though
Folygel is prenatal vitamin (folic acid ) it is recommended to be taken daily in preconception period till pregnancy is 3m at least . This is for development of baby's spine without any problems.
