Fever, Cold, Body Pain, Back Pain, Shoulder Pain, Leg Pain, Headache, Had Typhoid, Tiredness. Help?

Hi Doctor, I am having slight fever, cold and some ache throughout body more specifically back, shoulders joints, legs etc. No head ache though.
Usually when I get fever its just one or two days, but this one running into 4th day now.
I feel physically tired .. I had history of typhoid few years ago. I assume this is just some kind of viral disease.
