I am a 31yr old female and just finished my regular menstrual cycle this past week 9/16-9/20. I weigh 113 and are 5"4. I consider my self to be active and healthy by eating well and exercising at least 3 times a week. I usually do a lot of running when exercising but haven't done any activity this week because I have noticed that my right hip hurts when I attempt to run. My right hip feels sore also when I attempt to wear heels, which is strange too because I usually wear flats at work and school all day. A health concern that I recently encountered that has me also questioning my right hip discomfort, is the fact that a day before my menstrual cycle was to begin, I had a severe lower pelvic pain by what felt like pressure down on my uterus. It was a stabbing, contraction type of pain that lasted for about 50 seconds. It also felt like my vagina was falling down and once it was over I was noxious and felt like I would pass out as my vision got blurry and had to take a second to relax and re-focus. I also had diarrhea through out the first day only when I had my pelvic pain.
