my five month old daughter has these red bumps on her buttocks they started of really small when she was first born and now they have gotten bigger i try putting diaper rash creme on it and everything and it will not go away

the red bumps are nothing but a fungal infection which most of the babies have. and you can use antifungal creams like candid gel or candid powder. If you want a mild cream homeopathy suggests the use of calendula cream.
to prevent this diaper rash you have to soak your baby's bottom in warm water in between diaper changes. and allow to dry completely. and dont wipe the bottom but pat it dry before putting another diaper.
