Hi,
I can understand your concerns. The fluid in endometrial canal with distension is not normal and can be due to infection or blood collected in your uterus ( womb). C section defect is due to your previous caesarean surgery and is normal. Nabothian cysts are not too much to worry about. You can get it needled and the fluid drained but its not necessary. Right ovarian physiological cyst is normal.
