Forearms And Hands Feel Overworked, Dull Pain, No Change In Routine. What Could Be The Cause?

I had a full body soreness and weakness two days ago. It has all subsided except for my forearms and hands which feel as if I overworked them. A dull pain and much weakness in forearms stretching to hands. Struggled to put on my childs socks this morning. I have not done anything different than normal work to bring this on.

hi
sometimes a viral infection with fever can bring this on.
but it seems like you never had fever.
i feel just try some analgesic for a few days.
in case it does not subside we need to investigate.
