Frequent Abdominal Irritation, Bloating, Irregular Bowel Movements. Colonoscopy Shows Ulcer, Sent For Biopsy. Chron's Or IBS?

hi Sir.
over the last one year period i have had frequent abdominal irritation and bloating with irregular bowel movements. All the tests (including blood, stool, usg) was normal. Finally doc advised for colonoscopy and it revealed two tiny ulcers at the terminal ileum. Samples send for biopsy. What could it be? Can it be Chron's or IBS? i am tensed

Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C.M.. Forum.
May be due to ,
Ulcerative colitis,
Tubercular lesion.
All the symptoms mentioned in the query don't indicate towards Crohn's disease or Irritable bowel syndrome.
In Crohn's there develops pain in right quadrant and mass is palpable
While in IBS symptoms are constipation followed by diarrhea.
Get in blood also for E S R , c b c.
