Dear Doctor there is little bit gum in my son s motion from last 3,4 days. He passes stools 3, 4 times a day in little amounts with gum. He is of three years old. It seems there is pain in stomach in addition to gum. Could you suggest any medicine thanking you suren

thanks for query,
It seem that your son is having dysentery,amoebic or bacillary type.
He requires anti amebic and antibiotic treatment like Ofloxacillin,metrogyl combination.
Consult your doctor and get prescription.
Give him anti spasmodic like dicyclomine medicine.
Give him light diet,curd,rice,buttermilk and plenty of water.
