Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

I have studied your case with diligence.

Yes disc replacement can be done but ,disc replacement at two level results are ambiguous.
So disc replacementat one level is good option.
Also fusion with plate fixation does not mean that you will loose your neck movement. This surgery has good long term results.

Hope this answers your query. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your queries.

Wishing you good health.

Take care
