Chronic stress can lead to adrenal fatigue resulting in excess cortisol production leading to weight gain. 3... Lack of sleep. 4... Go for high protein and low carbohydrate diet. 5.. Keep doing regular exercises 6.. Medications like anti depressants and birth control pills can result in weight gain. Consult an endocrinologist for proper evaluation and management.
