Get Fungal Infection. Having Pain And Itchiness. Applying Candid-B. Infection Recurring. Solution?

I am keep getting fungal infection from last 4-5 years.. not very painful,, but bit itchy occasionally. I have been applying Candid-B ( clotrimazole + beclomethasone ) and it recovers in 2-3 days. It started after having sex first time and after seeing skin doctor, I was given some medication and CandidB cream that solved the problem, but I keep getting that fungal infection everymonth even didn't had any sex during that period. I even monitored that over period of 4-5 months without having sex and it keep recurring.

What it could be and how to get cured completely ?

Photos for reference.
First
