I just had a hysterectomy 5 weeks ago. I noticed tonight I had some discharge and itchy rash. It kind of burned when I showered is how I noticed it's now itchy. So I got a mirror and looked, I have a black mark on the labia minor. What do u think is wrong?

Hi, Thanks for using HCM.

Itching and discharge are suggestive of infection in genital region, most probably fungal infection. on examination of lesions and swab study of discharge helps in confirming diagnosis. consult your doctor for examination.

Fungal infection are common during antibiotic coverage as antibiotic reduce normal inhabitant bacteria too.

Hope this helps you.

Regards
