Getting Intermittent Nerve Pain On Back Of Hand. Taking Lamictal, Thyroxine For Epilepsy, Hypothyroidism. Is It Arthritic Pain?

Get intermittent painful "pulls" - nerve pain on back of hand below left index finger's knuckle, for about 2 months. Often pain extends round outer part of knuckle to index finger along path of vein. Right hand getting it too recently.Taking Lamictal n Tegratol for temporal lobe epilepsy, thyroxine for mild hypothyroidism, had L5/SI fusion, mild cervical spondylosis but no problem for few years. Supplements are omega 3, magnesium (for epilepsy), glucosamine & MSM for back and leg pain, Daneuron B1 B6 B12, Ocean's multivites and calcium/Vit D. Is it arthritic pain or due to overusage?? Am 61 yrs old, female, Chinese. Thanks!

HI
Thank Mam asking question to HCM,
No this is not arthritis, this could be due to the cervical spine compression (Disc) this this is a first possibility, second it could be peripheral neuritis to both of these condition investigations are needed to confirm the diagnosis and differential diagnosis, have word with orthopedic surgeon first, Have nice Day.
