Getting Severe Bruises On Body, Just Stopped Paroxetine. Getting Nervous, Itchy. Solution ?

I have been getting severe bruises on my body... I am supposed to be taking Paroxetine, but have been out for the past week... I get very nervous and itchy... and wherever I itch... various sized red bulges appear... and soon after---- HUGE bruises... A tennis ball sized bruise --- bright red in color --- formed on my breast within 5-10min after itching... I can't afford to go to the doctor at this time --- but I do have my Paroxetine as of today.... Help!?
