Got Pain In The Side Of Head, Dizzy When Bent Over. Previously Happened But Lesser Intensity. What S It?

I was leaning over to place something in my bag and a pop of pain went right through the right side of my head and i got really dizzy. this happened a couple weeks ago and just a little while ago while petting my dog it happened again, but the pain was ten times worse and the everything went really blury. what could be going on?

Hi,
Thank you for posting your query.
The symptoms are suggestive of neuralgic pain. You would require evaluation to establish the cause of pain.
Trigeminal nerve is the most common cause of neuralgic pain.
An MRI scan of brain would help in finding out the cause, if symptoms recur.
