Growing Lump On Shoulder Causing Pain And Pressure In Shoulder, Back Pain, Lightheaded, Fatigue, Stress Due To Family Problems. History Of Fever And Asthma. Help

I am feeling a bit lightheaded am overweight back and shoulder pain up until the last two months I have kept good health but have had many stresses deaths and I called off my engagement and have had x 2 bouts of flu. The last lasted 3 weeks then asthma now I am feeling vert tired no energy, my father developed diabetes in his 60s and my mum in her 80s I feel unmotivated and deflated emotionally
I have a lump that has been slowly growing over 3 years about the size of 2 finger widths on my left shoulder at the top and its about 2 finger widths from my neck, I don't get pain from it but its growing and it seems to be causing pressure on my shoulders, and i am often pushing pressure around it for relief have thought to try and lance it maybe it will pop?q

Hi, Both of your parents are diabetic though lately may be due to lack of stress in the life. There is a possibility of your getting diabetis early, you get it checked frequently. The lump you are mentioning might be the lipoma, it has nothing to do with your health and if is growing ugly, you can get it removed safely. Due to physical and mental strain probably you have developed some depression.
Besides treatment you also practice diversion procedures like yoga, meditation, reading books of you interest, and hearing music to have a quick relief of any thing.
