Had 4 Days Of Bleeding During Periods, Bleeding Again After Half Day Of Stoppage. Any Ideas?

I was concerned I might be pregnant before I started my period. According to a period tracker in my phone I was 2 days late. That doesn't really bother me because I'm fairly irregular, I'm assuming it's just stress. I took two tests, both were negative. I started my cycle and after 4 days of Very bright red( unusual for me) I stopped and after half a day of the aftermath of period today at 1pm I started to bleed again. Am I completely paranoid?

Hi dear user, thankks for your query.
I will advise you to get your serum beta HCG levels checked and get a USG of uterus done to rule out any pregnancy and complete/ incomplete abortion.
