Had A TBI Resulting In Brain Surgery, Vasospasms And Hydrocephalus. Severe Weight Gain. Will I Benefit From Growth Hormone?

I had a TBI with resulting brain surgery, vasospasms, and hydrocephalus 12 years ago. Almost immediately, I started to gain weight. I am fully recovered today but have not been able to shed the weight. I exercise 6 days/ week and lead an overall very active life. No diets have helped. Do you think I would benefit from growth horomone?
