Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
Hello,
Thanks for writing to us.

The treatment of elbow pain depends entirely on the cause of the problem. Therefore, it is of utmost importance that you understand the cause of your symptoms before embarking on a treatment program.

First treatment for many conditions that cause elbow pain is to rest the joint.
Ice packs and heat pads are among the most commonly used treatments for elbow pain.
Stretching the muscles and tendons that surround the joint can help with some causes of elbow pain.
Physical therapy is an important aspect of treatment of almost all orthopedic conditions. Physical therapists use different modalities to increase strength, regain mobility, and help return patients to their pre-injury level of activity.

I do hope that you have found something helpful and I will be glad to answer any further query.

Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement Dr. K. Naga Ravi Prasad's  Response
Hi, thanks for writing to HCM.

The description of symptoms typically suggests that you are having ULNAR NEURITIS. The ulnar nerve might have injured at the level of the medial epicondyle of the humerus where it is placed just beneath the skin.

I suggest you to have an xray of the elbow joint to rule out any fracture involving the medial epicondyle.

Approach an orthopedic surgeon for further management.

Hope this information is helpful. Good day
