Had Complete Hys. In 71, Took Premarin For Yrs. Stopped In 80's Flashes Are Very Bad. On Bystolic10 & Diovan160. Treatment?

Hello, I am a healthy 84 yr. old woman. Had complete hys. in 71, took Premarin for yrs. Stopped in 80's Flashes are very bad. Would like to go back on this med. Now taking Bystolic10 & Diovan160 1/2tab daily for BP. Had Lumpmectomy in 08. 18 Rad. treatmnts. Doing fine. Live alone, doing own yard work shoveling & cutting, weeding active in all ways. No sex, no smoke no drinks. Flashes killing me, taking all my strength. Help!

Hi, it appears that you might be having some chronic infection, or anxiety disorder. I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment. There might be anemia and that also should be checked.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and proteine rich foods. Thank you.
