Had Diagnosed With PTB. Recent X-ray Says That Both Lungs Are Free From Gross Parenchymal Infiltrates

i had been diagnosed in 1999 with PTB, had medications,, and my recent x-ray said, both lungs are free from gross parenchymal infiltrates ..is this a good x-ray result already? meaning my lungs are back to normal,, that i am well already?,,Thanks a lot..
