Had Epilepsy. On Tegrol. His Breathing Is Heavy. Wets Bed. Falls Down. Medicine Is Weak?

Hi Doctor,
My son had epilepsy started at age of 3 and now he is 18 years. he takes Tegrol 100ml twice a day.
he would have normals days and go without any episodes for months and every now than he would have it in his sleep which i find his breathing is heavier and only last 1-3 mins. However my concern is somtimes he has had while he is awake and falls down which worries me and sometimes during these episodes he wets his bed etc.
Is the mediicine is too weak some cases becuase he in in no diet or also i notice if drinks too much coke or sweet stuff this does seem to bring it on i think?

Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,
Thank you for asking question on health care magic
compliance on your part is more important in the treatment of epilepsy
the dose should be altered from time to time depending on the weight of the patient with the advice of a pediatrcian
the diet he is taking in no way interfere with the prognosis
Hope this answer will serve your purpose
Take care
