Had Febrile Seizures. Child On Medicine For Cough And Cold. Got Fever. Any Effective Cure?

good afternoon Dr. my son is 2 yr old and has cold and cough since last week he is on medicine for cough and cold (ancer lp & coughwar) since 5 days, today he got fever too he weighs 9.8kg& height 80cms and he suffered two febrile seizure earlier we are much worried about his immunity he will be sick frequently kindly suggest.

Thank you for your query.
Do not panic.
A febrile seizure, also known as a fever fit or febrile convulsion, is a convulsion associated with a significant rise in body temperature. They most commonly occur in children between the ages of 6 months to 6 years.
Start paracetamol every 4hrs, give him tab frisium to prevent convulsions.
These medications should continue till the child is afebrile.Consult your doctor to investigate the fever.
These are generally viral in nature and has nothing to do with the child'd immunity.
