General Surgeon 's  Response
HI ! Immediately post operative, there could be some irregularities in the menstrual period due to the surgical stress. However, I would like to advise for a urine for pregnancy test, a serum HCG, and an ultrasound of the abdomen for you to rule out an undiagnosed pregnancy or any other pathology. Wishing you an early recovery.
