Had Laproscopy Operation For Fibroid, No Period. On Cyclenorm E. Now?
I had my laproscopy operation for fibroid on dec 8th. Usually my period cycle will be 28-30 days. My last period was on nov 28 th 2012 and had operation on dec 8th 2012. But till now I didn t get my periods. My doctor prescribed to use tablets for 5 days but still no periods again she gave me cyclenorm-E now I started from today. Why my periods late. Iam planning for pregnancy.
HI ! Immediately post operative, there could be some irregularities in the menstrual period due to the surgical stress. However, I would like to advise for a urine for pregnancy test, a serum HCG, and an ultrasound of the abdomen for you to rule out an undiagnosed pregnancy or any other pathology. Wishing you an early recovery.
