Had Penis Circumcised. Have Decreased Appetite, Constipated. Is There A Certain Sleep Position?

My 19 day old son had just had his penis circumcised today. Is there a certain sleep position he needs to be? Is it bad that he sleeps a lot. I notice his appetite has decreased. Should I wake him to eat every 2 hours?

Another thing, he also has been constipated, I have already spoke to his pediatrician and they told me to increase in my fiber intake and water intake. May you please help..........

I really understand your worry but you do not worry about it just no extra precaution is needed in case of circumcision case your son need sleep in supine position or in lateral position but not in prone position till it completely healed it takes a week for complete healing, for the constipation pediatrician has given the right advise please follow it every thing will be fine have great day.
