Had Severe Anal Pain, False Sense Of Defecation, Pain. Had Vaso Vagal Attack, Loss Of Consciousness
I had severe anal pain which wake me up from sleep , with false sense of defecation going to toilet and pain increases up to I had severe vaso vagal attack and loss of consciousness , with PC due to hit of my head something with something may be wall or door , any explanation as the first attack about a year ,rectal sigmoidoscopy and colonoscopy revealed nothing , my last attack was yesterday evening ,the same scenario but without loss of consciousness , Thanks for advice , EssamAmer
