Had Total Hip Replacement On Left Leg. Having Pain, Numbness In Right Lower Back, Thigh. Suggestions?

I've had a total hip replacement on my left leg 1 yr. ago. In the last month both feet are swelling . Now I'm having pain in my lower right side of my back and sharp pain and numbnessin along my upper right thigh alao i can't stand or walk for more than 2or3 mins. I haven't hurt myself at all. My feet are also sore above the ankle bones.

try mild pain killers like diclofenac sodium 50 mg twice a day after meals.
Do fomentatoin of back and affected areas.Also get x ray lower spine and show to orthopedician.

could be osteoarthritis developing in spine as well
