Hello, it seems you are very anxious to shed those flabs. We should first start off by knowing your height, weight and Waist circumference so that we can quantify how much overweight you are?Once we know your BMI we can plan for
a) dietary restrictions
b) exercise
and c) lifestyle modifications
Regarding diet you need to consume calories adjusted to your BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate) which we can tell you once we know your anthropometric data, roughly 25 kcal / kg lean-body weight is recommended. you need to consult a dietician for a diet chart accordingly
Exercise is amust and you need to walk briskly for roughly 45 mins each day. Also abdominal (lower and upper) exercises are required to trim your tummy and strenthen your abdominal muscles
Lifestyle modification would include additionally reducing consumption of cold-drinks or high fructose containing food like cold drinks or packaged fruit juice, reducing fast food consumption, food binge, and long hours of computing or watching TV.
Surgery or medicines are only later and rather more cumbersome approaches. Hope you get to be healthy and slim.
