Hello I recently had unprotected oral sex, both ways and now I have a sore penis localized in the shaft and radiates up to the head of penis, also it's color is bluefish purple and has a small red rash. The symthoms first started 3 days after encounter, I have no discharge, no pain when urinating and no blisters. What could this be?

Hi
I think your partner was a bit aggressive which you could not detect during those moments. It lead to subcutaneous injury and slight bleeding which is showing up now. It will be all right by itself. You must get your self checked for fasting blood sugar because people with diabetes are more likely to get such problems
GOOD LUCK
