Half Of Face Numb, Hurts To Touch. Having Cold Sore, Swollen Lymph Node After Taking Vitamin D Pill. Allergic Reaction?

Hi, half my face is numb and hurts to the touch- my eye hurts when I blink, I got a cold sore (Tuesday), and my lymph node is really swollen- all on the right side of my face. These symptoms started on Tuesday, the day after my Endo dr put my on a Vitamin D pill for low vit d. Is this an allergic reaction or am I sick?

Hi foxtroty! if glands are swollen , face is numb, hurts , cold sores . Hmmm ! Could be Herpes, i think you need relief fast , as you can't talk, eat. Just consult to ENT. If pain apply vaseline, sunscream lotion. Or ask for antiviral ointment. Recover fast and it is not due to vitamine D. Bye.
