Hard Lump On Buttocks, Swollen Lymph Node In Head, Armpit And Back. Can You Help?

I have a hard lump on my butt bone inside next to my genitals. I also have swollen lymphs in my head, arm pit and back. Something is obviously going on! I had very shaky hands and neck for months. Ive been taking chines herbs and that has really helped! I got lyme disease 3 years ago and contracted herpes about 20 years ago... I have a lot going on and really concerned! can you help?
