Metoprolol:dizziness,water retention (swelling of extremities),pain the stomach, nauseating feeling,difficulty breathing,depression, disorientation, nervousness. Atorvastatin:muscle pain, tenderness, or weakness nausea, upper stomach pain, itching, loss of appetite, dark urine and even Jaundice.rhabdomyolysis. Nexium(Esomeprazole):dizziness, confusion,cough or choking feeling,convulsions, and dry mouth. Sertraline:very stiff (rigid) muscles, high fever, sweating, confusion, fast or uneven heartbeat headache, trouble concentrating, memory problems, weakness, fainting, seizure.nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, loss of appetite.
