Have LGMD. Cannot Walk Fast, Difficulty Climbing Stairs. Will Neurokind Help?

I am John, aged 46 years, had the problem of LGMD neurologists, not suggested any medicines, is neurokind injection will help me to get rid of this problem, as of now, I cannot walk in speed, climbing of stairs is difficult, getting up from sitting position in the floor is extreemly difficulty Pl advise if there is any medicine.

LGMD does not have any cure in modern medicine as yet, Some research is going on with mesenchymal stem cell therapy which may be tried since it has shown encouraging results in such condition,however results are not yet proven as of now
