Hi,
Looking at the way your menstrual pattern is going, it is difficult to say if you are ovulating at all. It looks more like a metropathic cycle. You should get a complete hormonal work up done and checked for natural ovulation. Only after analyzing the hormonal status of your body, the way your ovaries are working and the response of the uterus to external hormonal therapy can you be treated properly. Meanwhile try to maintain a healthy body weight, do some regular exercise, eat healthy food and practice meditation. Wish you good health.
