Have Abdominal Pain, Vomiting, Fever And Headache. Stomach Virus? Any Precautions To Be Taken?

Yesterday I believe I had a stomach virus. High abdominal pain , vomiting , sore ab and a temp of 100.5. Today high abdominal pain is not as severe but I have a slight headache and temp opf 100.8. I have not eaten solid food in 43 hours. Although I have been drinking water mixed with gatorade. What should be my next steps?

I think you may have gastroenteritis . You can take a stool test . Complete CBC . KFT and LFT .
Take plenty of fluids. You can start taking antibiotics like norfloxacin , PPI and probiotics and paracetamol for the fever .
