Have Anal Fissure. Had A Hard Stool. Why Am I Constipated Since Then?
I think I have an anal fissure , it stops and then I comes back after I have been toilet, I rarely get constipation , this all started back in February after I had a hard stool and after then I just need to keep going back to wipe again, there is no bleeding , only if I wipe too much. What can I do to help if it is a fissure?

I really appreciate your concern looking to the history given here I could say that you need to make certain changes in your diet like you need to eat more fibber containing diet, drink more water, and most important is stop applying the force at the time of defection, have schedule for toilet, and follow this, even if you do not want to go for toilet no matter even if you do not pass the stool, have a nice day,
