Have Body Aches, Hunger Pains And Panic Attacks. Have Mirena IUD. Advice?

i have the mirena iud in for almost five yrs and have always had pretty normal periods well this last month my period was over a week late and then it only lasted two days and im having horrible body aches and really bad hunger pains even though im not hungary. the hunger pains are almost unbearable and causing panic attacks

The hunger pains and the decreased bleeding that you had could be related to mild hormonal changes in the body. The stress and depression can also cause such changes in the body rhythm. Pregnancy is not likely.
