Have Bumps On Back Of Tongue, Muscle Soreness, Abdominal Cramps. Low RBC. Underlying Cause

I have three or four bumps the size of a q tip with white areas around it on the back of my tongue. I am fatigue, have muscle soreness, random discharge, and abdominal cramps after I eat. I also tend to burp more after eating or even drinking. I had blood work done and the only thing they found is a low red blood cell count. What is wrong with me?

The manifestation of the tongue could be due to Iron deficiency anemia along with vitamin deficiency. Treatment with hematinics will bring in the much needed relief.
