Have Dark Circles, Dark Color Of Skin. Applied Skinlight Cream. How To Apply Cream?

i applied skinlight cream on my cheek and neck for a test i dint get any rashes or any color change, basically my skinton is dark and i have dark circles also ,my neck color also dark and can u please suggest me how to apply the cream and can i also apply it on neck.how much time should i apply it on my face .

The skin tone is a natural & god given thing So the first thing to start is ....Stop having complex about your colour . now a days what matters is,healthy, fresh skin witha a glow that comes out of confidence,smartness &intellect.
* cleanliness, a nurishing diet with lots of vegies, salads, fruits, milk, pulses,sprouts,hohey etc. .
giving you vitamine ( sp. vit A, B, C, E), minerals, proteins & carbohydrates in balanced proportion.
* fresh water in sufficient quantity.(10 to 12 glasses in a day with soups/juices )
*skin care by regular facials,moisturisers, frequent cleaning using glycerine soap.
Clean body, impressive cloths,smart & enthusiastic bevaior, education is
a way to an impressive personality.
* still you can use cucumber juice ,potato starch, turmrric +ground peanut powder pack20 mts before bathas natural local treatment.
* If you are not allergic to the cream you have ,it can be applied after cleaning face & neck throughly using soft soap...to be massaged before bed time ....
- Neck-down to up direction
-chin- circular
-both the sides of face down to upword direction
-Fore head- down to up& from center to bothsides.
- Cheeks & eyes (closed) circular
- nose from cheeks to nose from bothsides
The massage for 20 mts, leave it for 10 mts & then wash with warm water.
