Have Delayed Periods, HPT Negative. Bloated, Stomach Hurts, Gas, Nauseous And Inconsistent Bowels. Suggest?

My period is over 2 weeks late. I've taken 3 pregnancy tests - all negative. I've been extremely bloated, my stomach frequently hurts (pain can feel like I am experiencing gas, all the way to so intense that I can barely function). I've been nauseated, and my bowels are inconsistent. I'm freaking out, too, which I know doesn't help

Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Pregnancy tests can be negative in first weeks. Especially those available in pharmacies. Ovaries cyst, uterine inflammation can also be the reason of your symptoms. Bacterial infection should be also considered.
I suggest you to visit your gynecologist and have transvaginal ultrasound. beta-HCG level should be checked. You should also have stool tests done.

Hope this will help.
Regards.
