Doctor, my age is 59 yrs, height is 162 cm, wt is 68 kg. suffering from Diabetes , hypertension and cholestorel. had a sudden attack of gastritus after meals.. sever pain in middle of chest moving to right shoulder , difficulty in breathing and uneasyness. echo and tmt also showed some abnormality (althrough not alarming). You did not mention what was the comment of the Cardiologist on your TMT and ECHO reports. But to guide you on the basis of information you have provided, please make sure along with strict sugar and BP control you take medications called anti-platelet agents like small dose aspirin or clopidogrel, anti-lipidemic agent like atorvastatin for sure. Please see your Diabetologist if you are not on these. Then make sure you do not smoke nor consume alcohol and go for moderate exercise like walking for 45 to 60 minutes in 1 hour's time everyday. Also cut down all junk, fried items, high calorie restaurant, function foods and eat very low fat home made food only. Have lots of salads if your kidneys are fine.
