Have Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Severe Panic Attacks

I am very worried about my son who is 19 years old and away at college. He has been experiencing diarrhea, stomach pains and he is also getting severe panic attacks. he will be home on Tuesday. At first he said that he couldn't eat the cafeteria food. Every time he ate the food, he would get sick. So I would make him homemade food and drive it up to Manhattan College. But apparently it is still happening. Do you have any idea as to what is wrong with him? Thank you.
