Have Diverticulitis. On Bland Diet. Had Diarrhoea, Bleeding After Eating Grits. Suggestions?
I have diverticulitis and have just got out of the hospital 1/1/2013. I have been on a blan diet ever since, and I have only eaten grits, crackers, popcycles, etc. I just ate a helping of grits and within 15 minutes, I had watery diarear and this has been the 3rd day of this. Last nigh there was bright red blood coming from my butt. What do I do?
