Hello and welcome to HCM,

The menopause and onset of menopause is associated menopausal symptoms and atropy of the genital tract.
Atropy of the genital tract can cause bleeding and itchiness due to deficiency of estrogens.
Estrogen defiency is associated with other symptoms of hot flushes, dizziness, mood swings, etc.
You need to visit your gynecologist for clinical examination.
Topical estrogen cream can be used to alleviate the symptoms of atrophy.
Hormone replacement therapy may be instituted if required.
Consult your doctor for prescription og drugs.

Thanks and take care
