Have Endometriosis. Surgery Done For Cysts In Ovaries. SOL Found In The Ultrasound Scan. Can It Be Removed By Aspiration?

I HAD ENDOMETRIOSIS AND CHOCOLATE CYSTS IN BOTHOVERIES WHICH WERE REMOVED BY LAPROSCOPIC SURGERY 3 MONTHS BACK AFTER WHICH I WAS GIVEN DECAPEPTILE DEPOT INJECTION . AFTER UNDERGOING A ULTRA SOUND SCAN IT WAS REVEALED THAT I HAVE DEVELOPED A SOL OF 8.5 CM IN MY LEFT OVERY. NOW MY DOCTOR IS SAYING THAT ITAS TO BE REMOVED BY CYST ASPIRATION. IS IT POSSIBLE? PLEASE HELP

Hi
Any cyst as large as yours does need to be removed surgically . Since this cyst has developed in the3 months it's more likely to be full of fluid . Yes cyst aspiration can be done lasproscopically but the cyst wall should be removed also .
