Have Facial Numbness, Tingling, Pins &needles In My Left Arm And Headaches, BP Low. What Could Be The Cause?

I have left facial numbness, tingling/pins &needles in my left arm and headaches . My neurologist thought it might be a classical migraine and put me on topimax two weeks ago but the numbness has not gone away. The tingling and numbness get worse when I do any kinds of exercise, and then I usually get a headache. I am short of breath as well. My Blood pressure has always been low usually 110/60 but two days ago when my arm was feeling pain and tingling so bad I couldn t drive my car, it was up to 125/85. I went to Urgent care, but because that BP is not crazy high they said I was ok and to talk to my regular doctors.....help

Hi,
Based on details you have left sided paresthesia ( sensory symptoms which you have mentioned).This does not go with migraine.

You require CT scan brain with contrast to rule out R) cerebral hemisphere lesion especially at parietal region.Treatment depends on scan report

Your blood pressure is in normal range, hence you need not worry.
