Have Flank Pain And And Suffering From Pulled Muscle. Suggestions
I received a report of few squamous epithelial cells, few Bacteria Urine HPF and a result of 11-25 on my RBC Urine HPF. I have horrible flank pain and I have gone back to the doctor as it has been getting worse and worse...what can you tell me about these results, the DR seems very nonchalant about if I have an issue, tries to play it down as rib pain or a pulled muscle, I am an athlete, i've pulled a back muscle. I'm a 26 yr old female, healthy, non smoker no other health issues. Thanks!
Hi welcome to Health care magic forum. Thanks for calling H.C.M.Forum. You have horrible flank pain, and it is becoming more, You are a female of 26 years, Urine examination shows that R.B.C.- 11-25. few squamous epithelial cells, few bacteria. It appears that you have urinary tract infection or a stone in the urinary tract. I advise you to consult an urologist for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have M.R.I.besides other routine tests for confirmation. Before the results comes you have to use anti spasmodic for pain relief. Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Best regards.
